Biography

A graduate with honors from the G. Verdi Conservatory of Milan in Piano, Organ, Harpsichord, and Composition, she studied singing with Patrizia Morandini. She obtained a Second-Level Master’s Degree in Vocal Chamber Music (summa cum laude) and studied with several renowned artists as teachers, focusing also on the contemporary repertoire.

She won First Prize at the Città di Firenze Competition in 2017, Third Prize at the London International Music Competition, First Prize at the Wien International Competition Caneres, Second Prize at the BTHVN Wien International Competition, Second Prize at the Stravinskij Competition 2025, and Third Prize at the Salzburg International Music Competition 2025.

She performed as Cio-Cio San in Madama Butterfly for Florence Opera, as well as Santuzza in Cavalleria Rusticana and the title role in Suor Angelica for Associazione AJA in Sarajevo and Visoko, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She also toured Italy in the roles of Santuzza and Lola, in productions featuring various international casts and conductors.

Her debut in Puccini’s La Bohème as Mimì and Musetta took place in Verona in 2014, and several years later in Milan for the association Lirica Domani, and at Teatro Bonoris in Montichiari, Brescia.

In 2019, she performed as Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni for OperaMore in several Italian theatres. She sang in a recital based on the career of Maria Callas in Alessandria, where she also sang two roles in the premiere of Aldo Brizzi’s Jelin in 2020. She has carried out extensive concert activity with Italian Opera Florence and the Puccini International Festival in Lucca.

In 2025, she sang in Malta at the Mediterranean Stars Festival with the Mediterranean Orchestra – Asti Symphony Orchestra, directed for the stage by Duccio Forzano - broadcast live on international television. She is the leading soprano in the theatrical opera production Puccini, la passione secondo Giacomo, in which she performs arias and duets by Puccini’s heroines, as well as in ObScena – Voci dal limite and Salome – Neshama Uncut, both of her own production.

In April 2026, she will perform the title role in Tosca for ADADS under the baton of Marco Beretta in Milan. There, in June 2027 she will be Nedda in Pagliacci.

Her repertoire includes the major Italian operas by Verdi, Puccini, and the Verismo school: Manon Lescaut, Il trittico, Iris, Un ballo in maschera, Pagliacci, Verdi’s Requiem, Il trovatore, Otello, Turandot, as well as Lieder, Russian romances, and French mélodies.

Her CD Songs and Dances of Death, featuring Mussorgsky romances, was released in 2024 by Urania Records.

Her collaboration with pianist Duccio Beverini has led to several concerts in Munich focused on the music of Messiaen. Their CD Harawi will be released in 2025.

In 2020, her first CD, Pain Changes, was released as a duo with guitarist Gabriele Zanetti by Movimento Classical. For the Diapason label, the CD Gnosis, featuring her electroacoustic and acousmatic compositions, is available online on all platforms.

In 2022 she sang the role of Eva in  "Reue", and in 2025 in "Fall", from Karlheinz Stockhausen’s Freitag aus Licht at the Sülztalhalle during the Stockhausen Courses in Kürten, having been selected by the Stockhausen Stiftung.
