Art. 1 — Description

The Agency meOpera Management, member of ARIACS, AEAA and OMAI, organizes auditions for professional opera singers who could become part of the Agency's Roster. Selected artists may be promoted to Theaters, Festivals and Entertainment Organizers in Italy and throughout the World.

Art. 2 Eligibility

Professional opera singers of any gender, nationality and without age restrictions, provided they are of legal age, are admitted to participate in the auditions.

If applications exceed the maximum number of participants possible for the indicated date, an additional audition date will be organized and promptly communicated, therefore before proceeding to purchase travel and accommodation tickets, wait for a confirmation email with the convocation.

Art. 3 Modalities of Implementation

The auditions will take place in Bologna on September 18, 2026 at the sala S. Rocco of the Bolognese Lyric Cultural Circle in Via Monaldo Calari, 4/2, 40122, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Candidates in compliance with the payment of the registration fee and submission of the required documentation must present themselves, with a valid identification document, 30 minutes before the time of the convocation which will be communicated by email on September 14, 2026.

The test will consist of the performance of 1, maximum 2 arias at the discretion of the Agency; the individual piece presented must strictly not exceed 5 minutes in total.

Art. 4 Accompanist Pianist

The Agency will provide an accompanist pianist at its own expense. Candidates have the option of being accompanied by a pianist of their choice, provided that this is communicated in advance and in any case any expense in this case will be the responsibility of the candidate, no expense can be charged to the Agency.

It is mandatory to bring a copy of the sheet music well bound for the pianist.

Art. 5 Registration Methods

Registration fees:

• Early Bird discounted fee: € 30 (VAT included) for registrations made by August 20, 2026.
• Standard fee: € 40 (VAT included) for registrations made from August 21, 2026 until the registration deadline, set for September 13, 2026.

The fee must be paid immediately after filling out the registration form specifying the Name and Surname of the participant.

The fee paid, if accepted into the Agency, will be fully refunded.

In case of failure to appear on the day of the auditions, no refund is provided.

Once the payment is made, complete the registration form, which must be filled out by no later than September 13, 2026.

The following documents must be attached to the form:

• Valid identity document;
• Curriculum;
• 1 photo (portrait);
• 1 full-length photo;
• Copy proving payment of registration fees.

Art. 6 Ancillary Expenses

No refund is provided for travel or accommodation expenses.

Art. 7 Amendments to the Regulation

The organization reserves the right to modify the regulation, taking care to promptly communicate this to those concerned.

Art. 8 Liability

The meOpera Management Agency disclaims any responsibility for damage or accidents occurring to participants and to other persons or things, during the period of the auditions.

The application for admission to the audition implies unconditional acceptance of all the rules contained in this Regulation.
